  • REFUND POLICY
    When appropriate, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to the cardholders credit card upon submission of a written request identifying the case name, docket number, e-pay confirmation number, dollar amount, and the reason for the request.
    Importantly, the request must not identify a credit card number.
    Refunds will be issued upon the approval of the request by the Clerk or Court Administrator. Refunds will also be issued automatically by the Clerk without the need for a request if, for whatever reason, the document(s) requested could not be sent.
    Refund requests shall be made in a timely manner and submitted to:
